Digital Products and Refund Policy
All audio programs sold through SuperNaturally Well are digital downloads. Because digital files cannot be returned once accessed, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Every audio program includes a free preview specifically so you can evaluate it before purchasing. We encourage you to listen to the preview before completing your purchase.
Physical Merchandise
Physical merchandise is produced on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Standard return and quality guarantee policies apply to physical goods as described at the point of purchase.
Books and Third-Party Retailers
Books referenced on our website may be sold through Amazon or other third-party retailers. Purchases made through these retailers are governed by that retailer’s own terms, return policies, and customer service processes — not by SuperNaturally Well. We are not responsible for the fulfillment, shipping, or customer service related to purchases made on third-party platforms.
Community Membership
Purchasing a qualifying audio program may unlock free access to the SuperNaturally Well Community, hosted on a separate platform. Community access is offered at our discretion and may, in the future, transition to a paid membership model for new members, as described on our Community and Join Us pages. Existing founding members will be grandfathered at their original terms as described at the time of their signup.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user’s account or community access, without notice, for violation of these Terms, disruptive or abusive behavior, or any conduct we determine, in our reasonable discretion, to be harmful to our community or business.
Community Conduct
If you participate in our community forum, you agree to:
- Treat other members with respect
- Not post content that is abusive, defamatory, illegal, or harmful
- Not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
- Not use the forum to advertise unrelated products or services
- Not share medical advice purporting to replace professional care
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these guidelines.
